Hi, I’m Uday Kumar Sangisetti — also known as Uday Microartist.
I’m a world-record-holding micro-sculptor who specializes in carving intricate and meaningful sculptures on the tips of graphite pencils. What began as a simple fascination with detail and creativity has now become my full-time profession and purpose.
I’m known for being the fastest and quickest micro-artist, having sculpted everything from names, portraits, and words, to architectural marvels like the 7 Wonders of the World, all on a medium as fragile and unforgiving as pencil graphite. Each piece is created using nothing but patience, precision, and pure passion.
I was once a corporate professional, but I chose to walk away from that life to pursue my love for micro-art. That decision changed everything. Since then, I’ve had the honor of becoming a TEDx speaker, sharing my journey and inspiring people to follow their passion, no matter how unconventional it might seem.
Alongside creating art, I also founded The Art Artist, a growing community that connects, supports, and uplifts artists of all kinds. We host meetups, flea markets, workshops, and now even publish an artist-centric magazine, all to build a real ecosystem where creativity is celebrated.
For me, micro-art isn't just about tiny sculptures—it's about creating big impact through small details
